Great breakfast and so delicious pastries. Good coffee. The 50% discount on espresso based coffees in the morning is nice too. In the morning hours the service could be a bit faster, which is most likely caused by understaffings.

We went to Mimosa several times for breakfast during our stay in Purwokerto and each time was a delight! We had Berliner every time we visited and our favourite is the strawberry and cream. It’s so bizarre to find Berliner that are even better than those I’ve had in Germany in Purwokerto! And this is coming from a German! Coffees were delicious, too, and the 50% discount on coffee in the morning is such a sweet deal. The staff were hospitable and even speak very good English.

Ordered Red velvet Cheesecake and Cappuccino here yesterday, and it was a pleasant experience! The cake was delicious and sweet but not over, and their Cappuccino's taste just as that famous coffee shop chain. Great job!

Mimosa Bakery is hands-down one of the best hidden treasures I’ve found! Their Wagyu Fried Rice is absolutely next-level. Rich, savory, and perfectly cooked,The Korean Doughnut is like a warm hug from the inside—crispy on the outside, soft and pillowy inside, with just the right amount of sweetness. It’s dangerously addictive.The Cranberry Cheese Bread is another masterpiece with its creamy, rich cheese in a perfect combination. Satu lagi. Tiramisunya best bangetttt.

We ordered beef paitan ramen, nasi goreng Jawa for foods and chocolate sugar baby, asian dolce latte, and picolo. The soup of beef paitan ramen thick and delicious, the smoked beef were outstandingly yummy, but the noodles were too mushy. Nasi goreng Jawa was perfect We can order non-sweet beverages. The picolo was beautiful without sugar added. The doubleshot dark roasted coffee in Asian dolce latte also perfect, but I forgot to order the non-sugar one, so it was too sweet for me. The rustic cheese raisin bread and Korean cheese raspberry were five stars. Thank you for your service and nice ambiance place.

I visited this place after a recommendation, and I have to say the setting is very pleasant—relaxing, comfortable, and with a nice atmosphere. I ordered an iced cappuccino, which was enjoyable and had a good coffee flavor. Unfortunately, the grilled chicken sandwich was a big letdown. The menu described it as a panini, but what I received was more like a grilled flatbread. After the first bite, it became even more disappointing—completely bland, with no salt, no pepper, no sauce, and nothing to bring out the taste of the chicken or tomatoes. If this is meant to be a panini, it really missed the mark. Thankfully, the desserts were much better. The doughnuts had generous sweet and savory fillings, the almond croissant was rich in flavor with plenty of almond filling, and the crombolini was also packed with flavor and cream. These items clearly showed more attention to taste and quality. Overall, this café has a lot of potential. The coffee and pastries are worth coming back for, but the savory food really needs improvement. With a bit more care in preparation and seasoning, this place could be so much better.
